

Hisham is an accomplished executive and co-founder of Qomel Company where he currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and board member. Since the company's inception, he has played a pivotal role in its growth and transformation. Under his leadership, Qomel achieved a successful IPO on Nomu. Hisham has been instrumental in transitioning the company from a limited liability structure to a closed corporation, and he has spearheaded extensive restructuring efforts while implementing robust corporate governance policies. In addition to his strategic leadership, Hisham co-led the establishment of a new pharmaceuticals plant project in the Sudair industrial zone and has been proactive in expanding the company’s core business by acquiring new product rights in Saudi Arabia.


Dr. Nasser bin Abdulaziz Al-Mubarak is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and co-founder of Qomel Company He brings over 30 years of expertise in governance. Dr. Nasser earned his Ph.D. in Urban Planning from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, USA. His experience is complemented by multiple board memberships, reflecting his influence in both the engineering and business sectors in Saudi Arabia. He serves as a member of the Board of Trustees at Al Yamamah University and holds roles in the Saudi French and Saudi American Business Councils. Additionally, he is a board member at ADC and the chairman of Karamel Medical Company, a role he has held since 2008. Through these diverse roles, Dr. Nasser has made substantial contributions to Qomel’s advancement.


Bandar Abdulrahman Alnemer is the Deputy Chairman board of Directors since January 2023 and co-founder of Qomel Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in arts from King Saud University in Saudi Arabia (1982) and completed an advanced diploma from the Institute of Public Administration in Saudi Arabia in 1984. He has extensive experience in governmental and corporate roles, beginning his career as an Auditor at the General Corporation for Railways and Minerals from 1984 to 1991. He then served as Head of Government Affairs at Saudi Aramco until July 2017.


Dr.Sultan Abdulaziz Almubarak has a significant background in healthcare research and innovation. Since 2021, he has served as the Executive Director of Innovation and Knowledge Application at the National Institute for Health Research. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry from King Saud University (1989), a Master’s degree in Root Membrane Dentistry from the Royal Dental College in Denmark (1994), and a Ph.D. in Body Diseases and Oral Infections from the University of Buffalo in the United States (2000). His experience includes roles such as CEO of the Badir Biotechnology Incubator (2009-2013), advisory board member for the International Technology Policy Network in The Hague, Netherlands (2013-2020), and advisor to the King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (2008-2020). Additionally, he is Chairman of the Board of Jazan Energy and Development Company since April 2022 and serves as a Board Member and Chairman of the Nominations and Rewards Committee at Batic Investments and Logistics since April 2020.


Dr.Hamad Abdullah Al-Manea, serves as a member of the Board of Directors with a distinguished background in healthcare and public service. He holds a bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery, as well as a specialized certificate and doctorate in Otolaryngology (ENT), earned from universities in Germany and Egypt. Over his extensive career, he has held various prominent roles, including Minister of Health and director of medical licensing at the Riyadh Health Affairs, along with deputy and acting ministerial roles in several ministries, such as Agriculture, Transportation, Hajj, Electricity and Water, Education, and Commerce. Al-Manea is also the chairman of multiple significant health and medical organizations, including the Red Crescent, King Faisal Hospital, the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, the Health Insurance Council, and the Health Services Council. His career reflects a commitment to advancing health services and administration.
